Why is my Power Up Reward Card showing $0 after traded games and accessories for any pre-order coming up?
Ok, I can only answer two possible way. The first is that when a person trade from any console system, games, accessories, system, smartphones, or tablets toward your pre-order, you would expecting to make sure you traded for a resrve deposit such as the Xbox One. But if you made a mistake of pre-order something other than the pre-order of the Xbox One, then this will be the first reason why your power up reward card did not contain any money on your balances. Always check your receipt to know that you have traded your stuff for direct deposit for your pre-order, otherwise you need to go back to the store you pre-order (with the receipt) and tell them that you need to switch to other one that you wanted before it too late.
The second reason you card is on zero balances is either that you give one of your friend a card and he use it to buy any game, system, or accessories from your card. World of a advice, never give your friend one of your Power Up Reward Card unless your buddy promise you to owe you back the money he/she loan from you.
